CCNASRILANKA.COM – Course Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions applicable to CCNASRILANKA.COM, Excellent Oriented Support & Training Center, all Cisco Networking Academy courses offered by us and the educational services provided by Indrajith Bandara.

By using the CCNASRILANKA.COM website, registering for a course, making a payment or availing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our website, courses or other services.

CCNASRILANKA.COM – Course Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a course, registering or using our services through the CCNASRILANKA.COM website, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

  1. Course Methodology

1.1. All courses are conducted in a Self-Learning manner.

1.2. CCNASRILANKA.COM does not provide Live Classes, Classroom Training, One-to-One Training or personal tutoring services.

1.3. It is the sole responsibility of the student to successfully study the course, complete the exams and meet the required criteria.

  1. Discount Voucher Eligibility

2.1. Cisco Discount Voucher eligibility is applicable only for the following courses.

  • CCNA
  • DevNet Associate
  • CyberOps Associate

2.2. Cisco Discount Voucher is not available for CCNP courses.

  1. Duration of Study Required for Discount Voucher

The following Content Learning Activities are mandatory as per Cisco Networking Academy rules.

  • CCNA – Minimum 210 hours
  • DevNet Associate – Minimum 120 hours
  • CyberOps Associate – Minimum 120 hours

This duration is based on the Content Learning Activities automatically recorded in the Cisco Networking Academy system.

  1. Issuance of Discount Voucher

4.1. If one minute or less of the required Content Learning Activities is completed, the Discount Voucher will not be eligible.

4.2. This is determined by the official rules and regulations of Cisco Networking Academy, and CCNASRILANKA.COM does not accept any responsibility in this regard.

  1. Mandatory Requirements for Course Completion

All of the following are mandatory for successful completion of the course.

  • All Modules
  • All Module Exams
  • All Practice Exams (if applicable)
  • Final Exam
  • End Course Feedback
  • All other mandatory activities as prescribed by Cisco Networking Academy
  1. Certificate, Digital Badge and Discount Voucher

6.1. A minimum score of 80% or above in the Final Exam is mandatory.

6.2. Students who score less than 80% in the Final Exam are not eligible for the Certificate, Digital Badge or Cisco Discount Voucher.

  1. Final Exam

7.1. The Cisco Networking Academy Final Exam will be conducted in an Open Book Exam format.

7.2. Course content approved by Cisco may be used in the exam.

7.3. Therefore, a student who has studied the course properly has the opportunity to score high marks.

7.4. However, the student remains fully responsible for the exam result.

  1. Refund Policy

8.1. We provide digital courses and digital services only.

8.2. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given under any circumstances once a payment has been made.

8.3. It is the student’s responsibility to read and understand the course details, requirements and terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a course.

  1. Issuance of Certificate and Digital Badge

9.1. Certificate and Digital Badge issuance will be carried out after the Cisco Networking Academy system confirms that all course requirements have been completed, and the student informs us.

  1. Account Use

10.1. Each account is for one person only.

10.2. Sharing of Username, Password or Course Access with other persons is prohibited.

10.3. If Account Sharing is confirmed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account without prior notice.

  1. Copyright

11.1. The course content, Notes, PDF, Video, Lab Files, Images and all other content are protected by copyright.

11.2. Copying, uploading, selling, redistributing or sharing them with others without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. Student Responsibilities

12.1. It is the student’s responsibility to provide internet connection, computer, mobile phone and other necessary equipment.

12.2. CCNASRILANKA.COM does not accept responsibility for personal device, software or internet issues.

  1. Support Policy

13.1. Our support is provided only for course access, registration and system related issues.

13.2. Exam Answers, Final Exam Answers or Assignment Answers are not provided under any circumstances.

  1. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated temporarily or permanently in the following cases:

  • Account Sharing
  • Copyright Infringement
  • Fraudulent Activities
  • Violation of Cisco Networking Academy Policies
  • Actions that compromise the security of the website

No refunds will be given in such cases.

  1. Disclaimer

15.1. Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee a Certificate, Digital Badge, Discount Voucher, Cisco Certification or employment.

15.2. Such eligibility is determined by Cisco Networking Academy rules and the student’s performance.

  1. Force Majeure

Cisco Networking Academy CCNASRILANKA.COM assumes no responsibility for system errors, server failures, internet interruptions, power outages, natural disasters or delays due to reasons beyond our control.

  1. Policy Changes

CCNASRILANKA.COM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The revised version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.

  1. Cisco Policies

CCNASRILANKA.COM is a provider of Cisco Networking Academy courses.

Certificates, Digital Final decisions regarding Badges, Discount Vouchers, Course Requirements and all other qualifications will be governed by the official rules and policies of Cisco Networking Academy.

Any future policy changes made by Cisco will also apply to these terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any legal dispute arising in connection therewith shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
